• Application Form – The Russian Embassy has introduced an online fill able application form: 
  1. https://www.visaservices.co.in/russia-uk-online/index.aspx
     
  2. The application form must be printed and adhere to the instructions on the form. (Adobe Reader will be required for viewing and printing).
  3. Application forms which do not clearly state the city(s) to be visited as per invite /vouchers will be rejected by the embassy. (E.g. if the invitation states St. Petersburg and Moscow, then so must the application form.
  4. Application forms that state different entry and exit dates to the invitation/ voucher will be rejected.
  5. Application forms which state a different inviting party to the one stated on the invitation/ vouchers will be rejected

• Photograph– 1 recent passport sized photos.

• Business letter- copy/ original from your company on letter headed paper should be addressed to the Embassy and must include the following;
  1. Name of Employee
  2. Specify the purpose of the trip.
  3. Name and address of the company or companies being visited and contact details.
  4. Must state visa type, duration and entry requirements (e.g. Business 1 Year Multiple Entry) with details of entry and exit dates.
  5. Written declaration that the company will take financial responsibility.
  6. Self Employed Persons: may write the company letter from themselves on company headed paper and enclose copies of bank statements to cover the past three months.

• Invitation letter: Copy/original citing the purpose, duration and entry requirments of the trip, detailed with company name, address and contact name.

• Passport: Please ensure that your passport is valid 6 months beyond your stay.

1. All documents (Application Form, Invitation & Business Letter, and any Visa Support Documents) must request the visa type, duration and entry required; e.g. Business 6 Month Multiple Entry, the information must correspond across all documents.

2. The invitation must be from the Russian Foreign Ministry or its regional representatives or from special local offices of the Ministry of Interior. The invitation must contain:

a. the official seal and legal address of the host institution

b. documentation registration number

c. date of registration

d. signature and name of the official authorised to invite foreigners to Russia

e. travel itinerary

f. dates of stay

g. Names of person(s) invited.

h. Telex numbers may be accepted in place of the copied invitation.

3. The Embassy reserves the right to request the original invitation.

4. Company Letter must contain the following:

a. full details of the applicant (Name, Date of Birth, Passport Number

b. destinations on journey

c. terms and purpose of the visit

d. Indicate party who is financially responsible for the applicant's stay in Russia.

5. The Embassy reserves the right to refer an application and request further documentation upon application.

· Bank statements covering past 3 months will be requested for self employed persons, and maybe requested for applicants who are unable to provide information regarding there financial responsibility whilst they are visiting Russia.

· All Work Permit applicants are required to supply a copy on their HIV certificate for their permit. The certificate cannot be older then 3 months, and the applicant must carry the original upon entry to Russia.

1. Tourist Voucher from a British (Russian) travel agency stamped and signed by an authorised person. The voucher must be supplied stating the entry required in Russian. Both entry and exit dates must be within 30 days of visa issuance.
2. Standard Tourist Confirmation of acceptance from authorised Russian Travel Agency or hotel, registered with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The confirmation must contain the agency's reference number and registration number.

3. Ensure all documents required for processing your application are enclosed prior to mailing; including your Passport (depending on service required), the Embassy Application Form and Onestep Visa Order Form, and cheque (if paying by cheque).

4. Post/Courier all documents via secure delivery method to our address. (We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery).

Payment

Calculating Total Fees:

Calculate by adding Embassy Fees, including where applicable: Embassy Express Fees, and our Onestep Visa Service Charge, and finally the Delivery Cost (this may be variable according to the type of delivery requested; otherwise the standard Royal Mail Special Delivery cost applies). VAT not applicable.

Payment Methods:

We accept all major credit cards except American Express & Diners Club cards, their will be a 2.5% Card Transaction Fee applicable on the total final amount. Our order form has further details in the payment section for card types accepted. We also accept cheques, which should be made payable to 'Onestep Visa Services Ltd.' Please note, with regards to cheques, we can only return your passports/documents, once your cheque payment has been cleared. Customers wishing faster visa processing are advised to pay by card.

Delivery

Royal Mail Special Delivery £6.00 Charge

Your Visa, Passport or Documents will be returned to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery unless otherwise stated on the Onestep Visa Order Form.
