Requirements per person:

• Application Form – One Form. The occupation question must be stated on the application form. (Those with media based occupations are requested to make applications in person at the Consulate).

• Photographs – One recent passport size photo.

• Invitation letter – An authorisation issued by the local government municipal office in China. Or you can obtain a letter of invitation from the company you are visiting. The letter must be on headed paper and have a company stamp. It should state full name as per passport, passport number, nationality, date of birth, duration of stay and number of entries.

• Passport:

Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 9 months from the date application is submitted to Embassy

Please ensure that there is a spare blank page available in your passport.

Visa Information:

Validity and duration of the visa is issued, is in accordance with information stated the invitation letters and/or the visa application form, and at the discretion of the Consulate

Maximum duration of stay is up to 90 days per entry/visit.

Additional Information:

The Embassy reserves the right to refer an application and request further documentation upon application. 

Visa applications can be lodged no earlier than 3 months from your date of departure from China. 

Processing Time:

China Student Visa

Requirements per person:

• Application Form – One application form.

• Photographs – One recent passport size photo.

• JW-201 or JW-202 forms – This is issued by the Ministry of Education of China.

• Letter of Admission- Issued by the Chinese University or by the College confirming your stay.

• Passport:

Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 9 months from the date application is submitted to Embassy.

Please ensure that there is a spare blank page available in your passport.

Visa Information:

X-Visa is issued by the Chinese embassy and it is usually a single entry.

Validity is for 3 months.

Duration of stay is at the discretion of the embassy.

Holders of a student visa should apply for a residence permit from the Local Public Security Bureau within 30 days after entry into China.

Additional Information:

The Embassy reserves the right to refer an application and request further documentation upon application.

Visa applications can be lodged no earlier than 3 months from your date of departure from China.

Requirements per person:

• Application Form – One application form.

• Photographs – One recent passport size photo.

• Employment Permit – Issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security or the State Administration of Foreign Experts of China

• Invitation Letter - From a relevant Department of Chinese Government or a Government-authorized company.

• Passport:

Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 9 months from the date application is submitted to Embassy

Please ensure that there is a spare blank page available in your passport.

Visa Information:

Z-Visa is issued by the Chinese embassy and it is usually a single entry.

Validity is for 3 months.

Duration of stay is at the discretion of the embassy.

1. Download & Complete Embassy Visa Application Form

2. Download & Complete Onestep Visa Order Form

3. Ensure all documents required for processing your application are enclosed prior to mailing; including your Passport (depending on service required), the Embassy Application Form and Onestep Visa Order Form, and cheque (if paying by cheque).

4. Post/Courier all documents via secure delivery method to our address. (We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery).

Payment

Calculating Total Fees:

Calculate by adding Embassy Fees, including where applicable: Embassy Express Fees, and our Onestep Visa Service Charge, and finally the Delivery Cost (this may be variable according to the type of delivery requested; otherwise the standard Royal Mail Special Delivery cost applies). VAT not applicable.

* Please note: The amount calculated is the expected; approximate fee, other charges maybe applicable depending on the service required. Additionally, please be aware that the embassies fees often change overnight without prior notice, please read our disclaimer.

Payment Methods:

We accept all major credit cards except American Express & Diners Club cards, their will be a 2.5% Card Transaction Fee applicable on the total final amount. Our order form has further details in the payment section for card types accepted. We also accept cheques, which should be made payable to 'Onestep Visa Services Ltd.' Please note, with regards to cheques, we can only return your passports/documents, once your cheque payment has been cleared. Customers wishing faster visa processing are advised to pay by card.

Delivery

Royal Mail Special Delivery £6.00 Charge

Your Visa, Passport or Documents will be returned to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery unless otherwise stated on the Onestep Visa Order Form.
